Assessment Correction Window Open

The assessment correction window is now open to review and correct your assessment data which we have received from the assessment vendors. The assessment analysis tool is now available to Fiscal Agency Level 5's. This is necessary as a significant number of assessment records are received incomplete and we require districts to review their assessment records for correctness. Specifically, the student UICs are missing or incorrect and need to be updated to ensure that all students from the assessment process are included for federal reporting and funding purposes.Read More>

  • May 11th - Follow Up due to OCTE
  • May 16th - Final Student enrollment deadline.  Any student you wish to be considered for funding must be enrolled in CTEIS with an accurate UIC. Grades my be entered later, but the student must be enrolled in at least one course.

    Technical Skill Assessment (TSA) Extraction Dates

    Students must be enrolled in CTEIS course-sections by these dates to be available for selection for testing, within participating CTE assessment systems.


    CTEIS/MSDS Match Dates for the 2015-2016 school year
    CTEIS/MSDS matches will occur 1 to 2 times per week for the following months:

    September 2016 through June 15,2017

    May 16, 2017*

    *All students must be enrolled in at least one CTEIS course-sections, with correct UICs, and MSDS fields must be up-to-date (via SRM or regular collection) by this date - to be counted for Section 61a1 funds.
